I hold a VIP Black Card for the duration May 2014 to May 2017. I have used it until now. Now I am moving out of Singapore, hence I am looking to transfer the remaining membership.
Monthly charges - 110 SGD (Upper price: 180 SGD per month for normal membership)
One time Transfer fee - 120 SGD
Effective payment -> 10 months payment (Aug to May)
